All opinions expressed on the Burgerac blog are my own and all burger reviews were conducted secretly and paid for as a normal customer – unless otherwise clearly stated.
Products & manufacturing
The products for sale on this site were all created in small numbers in cahoots with like-minded creatives and responsible, ethical manufacturers.
While you are free to download and print pages from this site for non-commercial purposes, no image on this website may be reproduced, distributed, re-sold, or sub-licenced, copied or duplicated in any form or by any means without prior written permission. Having said that, you're welcome to use images from this site on your blog but please let us know if you do. Muchos gracias.
Prices & payments
All items in the shop are priced in pounds sterling.
We use a service called Stripe to securely take card payments. Types of cards accepted are Visa (credit and debit), Mastercard (credit and debit) and American Express. All card payments are processed securely by Stripe and we do not store card details or share customer details with any third parties.
We hope to be able to add Apple Pay as a payment method in the very near future!
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are worked out depending on size and weight of each item in the shop (once packaged) and charged accordingly.
We will process and ship your goods as quickly as possible within seven business days. If, for some reason, there is a delay in processing and shipping your order, we will email or call you to let you know.
All our items are posted via Royal Mail from London, U.K. We dispatch to the shipping address that you supply when placing an order.
Burgerac is not responsible for local or international shipping delays such as holidays, strike days, or customs delays.
Burgerac is not responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes.
Burgerac is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
The buyer assumes responsibility of claims made with the shipping carrier.

If you're not completely satisfied upon receipt of your order, please contact us immediately a firstname.lastname@example.org.
You have up until seven days of receipt of your order to cancel and return items, and must provide us with proof of return postage within this time.
Any items returned to us for refund must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with no evidence of damage or use.
The customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of an item and we require that an item is returned to us via registered mail to enable us to track the return of the item.
We take no responsibility for deliveries being returned to us which go missing or are undelivered.
If the above conditions are met, then a full refund will be issued.
